Mission Statement
Chartered by the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) on November 2, 1936, Laborers’ Local 413 is founded on the principles of Unity, Education, Safety, and Community. We are dedicated to empowering our members through access to high-quality jobs, strong collective bargaining, advanced training programs, and effective organizing efforts, while also fostering meaningful partnerships with businesses and allies. By prioritizing workforce excellence and engaging in impactful political action, we aim to create consistent growth, strengthen worker rights, and contribute to the prosperity of our community. At Local 413, we believe that by working together, we can build a better future for our members, businesses, and the community alike.
